Highly recommend pulling out this pairing combo for Cheesemas featuring 24 month Comté, dried apricots, pistachio nougat, and Septembre Burgundy Chardonnay from Edouard Delaunay. Ingredients 4oz Comté 6-8 dried apricots 1oz pistachio nougat Rosemary (optional) Instructions Thinly slice the Comté. Cut the nougat into cubes.
