Haunted Château de Comté
Author: Sorrenteaux
Grab your best ghouls and prepare for Halloween with a Comté CharBOOterie Mansion!
This frightfully delicious French cow’s milk cheese is used as the windows, cobblestone walkway (rind included), and not-so-spooky ghosts. The Château is constructed with seeded flatbread crisps, sea salt grissinis, and rosemary flatbread crisps as the shingles. Olives are used as the planters for the sage greenery, Capocollo as rosettes, broccoli and herbs as the shrubs, and Marcona almonds & pistachios as the accent rocks. Marshmallow pumpkins for the final Halloween touch.
