There’s still time to have a little winter fun with this Comté Charcuterie Chalet. The chalet is made with bricks of Comté and roofed with buckwheat crackers. There’s a bacon pathway edged by radishes, a salami wood pile in the back, and plenty of brussels sprouts bushes. Chopped walnuts provide a little ground cover, and no chalet would be complete without some carrot skis standing at the ready. Finished with a flurry of grated Comté snow, this chalet scene is a winter wonderland of its own.
