Serves: 2-4 There’s still time to have a little winter fun with this Comté Charcuterie Chalet. The chalet is made with bricks of Comté and roofed with buckwheat crackers. There’s a bacon pathway edged by radishes, a salami wood pile in the back, and plenty of brussels sprouts bushes. Chopped walnuts provide a little ground cover, and no chalet would be complete without some carrot skis standing at the ready. Finished with a flurry of grated Comté snow, this chalet scene is a winter wonderland of its own.

The love of Comté inspired this Valentine’s Day Board. Featuring pink and blush accents this banquet mingles delicate heart-shaped Comté pieces, dried cranberries, gooseberries, dried pears, hidden rose apple slices and mini pears. Along with rosebud shaped salumi, colorful radishes, pistachios, figs, chocolate covered almonds, meringue bites, fruit and nut crackers.
