Comté and Fennel Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 4 wheat tortillas
- 200g of Comté cheese, sliced into strips
- 2 slices of bone-in ham
- 4 teaspoons of fennel seeds
- 1 chopped onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 356°F. Place half a slice of ham, 50g of Comté cheese, a little chopped onion and 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds on 4 tortillas, then fold the tortillas into wallets.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, and serve muy caliente.
