Preheat the oven to 356°F. Place half a slice of ham, 50g of Comté cheese, a little chopped onion and 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds on 4 tortillas, then fold the tortillas into wallets.
Bake for about 10 minutes, and serve muy caliente.
