Comté Summer Peach Bake
A must-try super simple summer recipe that pairs seasonal peaches with Comté
  • 1 wedge of Comté cheese (approx. ½-1.0lb)
  • 1 Saturn peach
  • 1 regular peach
  • Rosemary
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Cube Comté
  3. Cut both peaches into bite sized chunks
  4. Mix Comté, peaches, rosemary, a LITTLE bit of olive oil and salt in a bowl
  5. Transfer to an oven safe baking dish
  6. Bake for 25 minutes - until peaches are soft and Comté is melted
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze
  8. Serve with toasted baguette
