Comté Summer Peach Bake

- 1 wedge of Comté cheese (approx. ½-1.0lb)
- 1 Saturn peach
- 1 regular peach
- Rosemary
- Balsamic glaze
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Cube Comté
- Cut both peaches into bite sized chunks
- Mix Comté, peaches, rosemary, a LITTLE bit of olive oil and salt in a bowl
- Transfer to an oven safe baking dish
- Bake for 25 minutes - until peaches are soft and Comté is melted
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze
- Serve with toasted baguette
