Comté et Pâté Baguette Sandwich
This classy gent is filled with luxurious mousse pâté and thick slabs of Comté, all balanced by a few crunchy tangy accessories. It’s the kind of sophisticated indulgence fit for a picnic in the park—if you’re OK with moaning in public.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Comté
- 1.5 oz truffle mousse pâté
- 1 demi baguette
- 8 thin slices of radish
- 4 cornichons, cut in half lengthwise
- Whole grain mustard
Instructions
- Swipe the mousse pâté over the bottom slice of baguette.
- Spread the mustard on the top slice.
- Layer the pickles and radish over the pâté, then add the Comté on top.
- Make sure everything is evenly spaced, then close the sandwich. Enjoy with a glass of Riesling or Gewürztraminer.
