Fresh Mango Spiced with Comte Cheese and Basil

Ingredients
  • 120 grams of Comté cheese (approx. 4 ounces)
  • 1 large mango
  • 4 pinches of Espelette pepper or sweet pepper (Paprika)
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A few fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Peel the mango and cut it into slices or even cubes.
  2. Wash the basil leaves. Wash them whole if they are small or chop them if they are large.
  3. Shave the Comté into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
  4. Distribute the mango pieces among the plates.
  5. Add the basil leaves.
  6. Sprinkle with Comté cheese shavings.
  7. Sprinkle with Espelette pepper (or Paprika) and drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve and enjoy chilled.
