Fresh Mango Spiced with Comte Cheese and Basil
- 120 grams of Comté cheese (approx. 4 ounces)
- 1 large mango
- 4 pinches of Espelette pepper or sweet pepper (Paprika)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- A few fresh basil leaves
- Peel the mango and cut it into slices or even cubes.
- Wash the basil leaves. Wash them whole if they are small or chop them if they are large.
- Shave the Comté into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
- Distribute the mango pieces among the plates.
- Add the basil leaves.
- Sprinkle with Comté cheese shavings.
- Sprinkle with Espelette pepper (or Paprika) and drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve and enjoy chilled.
