Bites with Comté Cheese, Figs, Cured Ham and Basil

Ingredients
  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 150g of Comté cheese cut into small cubes
  • 100g of raw ham cut into matchsticks or long inch long narrow strips
  • 40g of dried figs cut into small cubes
  • 4 tablespoons of chopped basil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 250° F.
  2. Roll out the pastry on a floured work surface, then cut out the round shapes with a cookie cutter. Prick the pastry then place it into molds. Such as a muffin tin.
  3. Place the raw ham (prosciutto), figs and Comté in each mold, in that order.
  4. Sprinkle with basil and bake or 15-20 minutes.
