Bites with Comté Cheese, Figs, Cured Ham and Basil
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 150g of Comté cheese cut into small cubes
- 100g of raw ham cut into matchsticks or long inch long narrow strips
- 40g of dried figs cut into small cubes
- 4 tablespoons of chopped basil
- Preheat the oven to 250° F.
- Roll out the pastry on a floured work surface, then cut out the round shapes with a cookie cutter. Prick the pastry then place it into molds. Such as a muffin tin.
- Place the raw ham (prosciutto), figs and Comté in each mold, in that order.
- Sprinkle with basil and bake or 15-20 minutes.
