French Toast with Smoked Salmon and Comté Cheese
- 4 slices of Comté Cheese
- 4 slices of white bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Mix the eggs and milk. Dip the bread slices into the mixture and let them absorb. Cook on both sides in a lightly buttered pan.
- Next, add a slice of salmon (do not cook the salmon to preserve its flavor) and Comté cheese. Season to taste and serve with a small salad.
