French Toast with Smoked Salmon and Comté Cheese

Ingredients
  • 4 slices of Comté Cheese
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix the eggs and milk. Dip the bread slices into the mixture and let them absorb. Cook on both sides in a lightly buttered pan.
  2. Next, add a slice of salmon (do not cook the salmon to preserve its flavor) and Comté cheese. Season to taste and serve with a small salad.
