Ingredients
4oz Comté
6-8 dried apricots
1oz pistachio nougat
Rosemary (optional)
Instructions
Thinly slice the Comté. Cut the nougat into cubes.
Lay the half Comté slices out on the top half of the platter, then place the rest on the other half. Add the apricots on either side, leaving the center empty. Place the nougat in the middle of the plate. Stick the rosemary in any remaining gaps.
Serve with Septembre Burgundy Chardonnay from Edouard Delaunay.
